Q1. When I connect my printer, why does it show "offline"?

This generally happens when the network goes down, when drivers become outdated, or when the settings are wrong. If that doesn't work, try restarting the printer, checking the Wi-Fi, or adding the printer again.

Paper jams can happen when trays are not lined up right, sheets are bent, or there is dust on the rollers. This problem can be avoided by using new paper that is properly lined and cleaning the rollers.
